Product Description
Friendly package protection provides package protection for all orders that are lost, broken, or stolen. Add Friendly package protection to your cart at checkout to enable this package protection.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
- Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders $99 and over! Shipping for orders under $99 is $7.95 USD. All standard shipping orders are shipped with USPS.
- Shipping is $20 USD for Canada or FREE on orders over $150 USD.
- Shipping is $50 USD Internationally.
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 Business Days due to high order volume.
- Orders placed after 3pm CST will be shipped the NEXT business day.
- FREE local pickup is available in Olathe, KS (please include in order notes in your shopping cart.)
Returns:
- theClothesRak does not currently offer refunds. We do however accept returns for store credit or we can do exchanges if the item is available.
- You have 14 days after purchase date to return for store credit.
- Store credit never expires and may be used towards purchase of in-stock items only. Please note that the credit does not expire, however it cannot be used with any other promotions or discounts.You can use it by entering it in the discount box at the checkout. Please note that the store credit is for 1 time use only and must be used in its entirety.
- All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer.
- ALL BRALETTES, BODYSUITS, HOSIERY/TIGHTS, LAST CHANCE and SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE.
- Items purchased using discount codes of 50% off or more are considered sale items and labeled as final sale at time of purchase.
- ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. YOU WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT.
Instructions for Return:
- You can start the return/exchange process by clicking on "Return Your Order" on the Footer menu of the site.
- After your return has been accepted you can mail back item(s) to the address emailed to you. If you choose to use the prepaid label, $10.00 will be deducted from your store credit. Please note that the prepaid label must be used within 3 business days or it will expire.
- Once we receive your return we will send you an email with your store credit code within 2-3 business days.
- Please note theClothesRak is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will do our best to help you locate your package but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.
Exchanges:
- Items are NOT eligible for exchange if they meet any of the below criteria:
- Final sale item / ineligible item
- See Returns for items ineligible for return/exchange
- Past 14-day return window
- Item has been worn, washed or damaged
- Same item unavailable in desired size
- Items may only be exchanged for the same item; if your desired size is unavailable, please review our Return Policy above to see if the item is eligible to return for store credit.
